The room was reasonably large plus it had a safe box, TV set, and a fridge. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were pretty friendly and helpful.

Functional and exceptionally comfortable hotel located not far from a train station, and Nijo castle and other temples. A decent size room with aircon and with a lot of space. Marvellous exceptionally nice location, to Shinsen-en Garden temple nearby. Also, easy to get to a historic wooden castle.

The location was mind-blowing for site seeing! The perfect rooms for our last minute stay; super clean and quiet. The electronic entry was jaw-dropping!

The location was particularly good - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Nijojo-mae metro station was 10 min away. The room was compact with aircon and the staff fairly friendly and helpful.

I loved the peaceful neighborhood where M'S Hotel Sanjo Omiya is located. It was perfect for my family, as we wanted a quiet environment. The nearby arcade offered a great range of breakfast and dinner options, giving us a chance to experience Japanese daily life. The hotel is also conveniently close to tourist spots and the train line, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Marvellous location, we were not far from a train station, historic sites and many nice restaurants. Nakagyo Ward district was worth staying in. Booked a room with aircon.

the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, totally recommend. everything was great and the view was magnificent. the hotel stuff where fairly friendly. the room was cheap and compact, had private bathroom. the property was close enough to the main areas, and restaurants and train stations thanks to its favourable location. furthermore, in a quiet neighborhood.

Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Kyoto with very very helpful and brilliantly friendly staff. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Free WiFi throughout the property: It felt like being connected to the world was as easy as breathing. From sharing breathtaking photos to catching up with loved ones, the WiFi here made me feel like I had the power of a superhero in my fingertips.

Limited staff speaking English: Language barriers can sometimes make communication a bit challenging, but the friendly staff did their best to assist me despite the language limitations.

Greatly enjoyed my relaxing stay at this hotel and will definitely go back there again. All the staff was fairly friendly, tackled my issues.
